**Art and pricing **

SKEB (Half body + no revisons + no background) - 70€

I have the full freedom to choose the pose and composition. Outfit might be altered to suit the artwork.
You can suggest alternative clothing such as bikini, swimsuits, bunny suits or similar.

T.O.S.

General Terms- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
- All drawings will include my watermark that you may not remove it.
- All commissions are Personal Use ONLY, selling merchandise with those isn't allowed without a commercial license.
- I usually stream the commissions but that doesn't mean I will stream them all on my twitch channel.- If you wish your commission to be private, an extra fee will be applied. The work will not be streamed or shared on social media until the agreed upon release date.Process- Submit a clear and detailed commission request with written & image references attached in a Google Document through discord or twitter DMs. Don't try to submit multiple forms, it's easier to keep all info in one file only.
- I will try my best to finish your request roughly 1-2 months of receiving payment. In case any delays happen (due to health and personal issues) I will let you know ASAP.
- The commissioner will receive updates on the commission process (sketch, line art, color, background). Some of the process may be streamed on Twitch (unless privacy fee is paid).
- After the project has been done and delivered, no more revisions can be made.Revisions- Since I only do SKEB style commissions for now, that means no revisions are offered or communication throughout the process will take place, I will only communicate with you while accepting the request, confirming the payment and delivering the final piece. In some cases, I might initiate a contact in case I wanted an opinion.**Payment **- The main currency will be in EUR €. All transitions will be made via PayPal with an invoice.
- Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. If your project is accepted I will send you the invoice.Commercial License- 2x price: promotional material (Twitch, YouTube, online shop, website, VTuber branding)- 2.5x price: game art/assets Extras- 1.5x price: rush order - any order with a deadline 2 weeks - 1 month- 2x price: privacy fee - I will not post any in process or final images of the commission until a desired date. The work will not be streamed or shared on any social media or portfolio until the agreed upon release date.Copyright / UsageI claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.If you post the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. - Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I want/+ The buyer is allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves/+ The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making profit off it in any way without the license.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing my signature from the artwork.
- Altering / editing the artwork without my consent.Refunds / Cancellation- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund and the current commission progress will be disposed.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* IMPORTANT: If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, or you break any of the terms above-mentioned, you will automatically lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
